What an amazing winter carp fishing session it has been. So many beautiful golden specimens and amazing memories. Harry (my 9 year lod) has managed to make his birthday wish come true after beating his pb twice within 4 days with a 44lb & 46lb carp showing his old dad how it's done. Speaking of Dad's, my father stole the show after landing an incredibly rare 41 lb fully scaled Ebro original mirror. And I celebrated with yet another brace of 40+lb stunners. And to add to the merriment, our returning client Timmy managed to bag himself a chunk of 50+lbs.
Spirits are soaring high now after that incredible week and with the next few weeks free I'm finding hard to leave the bank.
